Cancellation by Client

If you choose to cancel your subscription or service:

  • All cancellation requests must be sent in writing via email to the Marwiz support team.
  • Cancellation does not qualify for any refund (partial or full) for the remaining subscription period.
  • Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.
  • Any outstanding dues must be cleared before cancellation is processed.

Cancellation of Annual / Multi-Year Plans

For prepaid plans:

  • No refunds will be issued for early termination.
  • Services will continue until the paid period expires.

Cancellation of One-Time Services

This includes services such as:

  • Custom integrations
  • AI model setups
  • Hardware installations
  • Training sessions
  • Deployment services
  • Once work has commenced, no cancellation or refund is allowed.

Non-Cooperation or Misuse

Marwiz may cancel or suspend your access without refund if:

  • You violate the Terms & Conditions
  • You misuse the software
  • You attempt unauthorized access
  • You misuse AI features illegally
  • You fail to provide required information or cooperation
  • Payments are overdue

Cancellation by Marwiz

We reserve the right to cancel services if:

  • Major security risks are detected
  • Illegal or harmful activities are identified
  • Our systems or network are affected due to your usage
  • If Marwiz cancels a service for internal business reasons (not due to client fault), we may issue a proportional adjustment or alternate solution at our sole discretion.

Access After Cancellation

After cancellation:

  • Your dashboard access may be revoked
  • All Marwiz features and services will stop
  • Data retention will follow our Privacy Policy
  • Backup export may be provided only if requested before cancellation date
  • Hardware provided on rent or subscription must be returned immediately
