Marwiz CCTV, Marwiz Living, Marwiz Digital Signage Software), you agree to be
bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue

Services Offered
Marwiz provides software solutions for digital advertising, security
surveillance, community management, and AI-driven signage. Services include
cloud-based management, real-time analytics, automated alerts, and user
dashboards.
License and Usage
You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the
Marwiz software in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to reverse
engineer, modify, or resell the software.
Prohibited Activities
You may not:
1. Use the software for unlawful purposes.
2. Interfere with the system’s operation or disrupt servers/networks.
3. Attempt unauthorized access to the software or user data.
4. Use AI functionalities to identify, discriminate, or profile individuals in
violation of applicable laws.
Data Use and Ownership
All data collected and processed through Marwiz platforms is subject to our
Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your content; however, by uploading it,
you grant Marwiz a limited right to use it for service delivery and improvement.
Intellectual Property
All Marwiz software, trademarks, logos, and documentation are the intellectual
property of Marwiz or its licensors and are protected under applicable laws.
Termination
Marwiz reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these
terms, or for system abuse, with or without notice.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Marwiz be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or
consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
